We specialize in on-site computer repair in South Florida, including hardware diagnosis and repair, software troubleshooting / installation, operating system maintenance and other computer service.

We have experience and knowledge of all Microsoft Windows operating systems as well as PC hardware, including motherboards, memory/RAM upgrades, CPU upgrades, CD-ROM and DVD-ROM drives, burners/writers, video cards, hard drives, floppies, and much more.

RATES:

Our rate varies, but for the most part it's 85 dollars an hour (a 1 hour minimum is required). You are billed for the time our technician is at your location, and for travel time (depending on distance from our office). Also you will be billed in 15 minute increments, so 1 1/2 hours of work is billed as 90 minutes, not 2 hours. Rates after hours (after 9PM), on Sundays and holidays vary depending on location and availability, but usually is between 100 and 125 dollars an hour. These fees include any time needed to diagnose and fix the problem. If you are able to deliver your equipment to our office for us to diagnose and fix there a discount may be given.

Generally we try to keep spare parts and software on hand to limit the need to visit the store and our prices on most items are generally less than what you would find at most local stores.
